We'll find a way,
or we'll create a path to success!

Personal - Team - Network

If you want something, you have to work for it - that was my first motto,
instilled in me by my father from a young age.
It guided me for a long time and still influences me today.
An important principle imparted to me by my teacher is the significance of
knowledge and responsibility.
He taught me that knowledge comes with responsibility.
During my time in uniform, it became clear to me that willpower is decisive.
It's the will that drives us, challenges us, and empowers us to surpass ourselves.
As a self-employed individual, I learned that
valuable lessons can be drawn from mistakes.
Every mistake is an opportunity to learn and grow.
I also realized that quality pays off, and I understand the importance of
consistently delivering excellent work.
Life sometimes takes us down bumpy paths,
and even when the road ahead looks promising and our goal seems distant,
I've learned that it's sometimes necessary to
take a step back, adjust the course, in order to move forward.

Be flexible and open to change.

During my time as an employee, I was fortunate to be mentored by
someone who taught me that
a good leader knows their own strengths and weaknesses.
They surround themselves with people who
have competencies they do not possess - that's how
an outstanding team is built.
In team sports, you quickly realize that a team is only
as strong as its weakest member.
This realization influences my approach and underscores the importance of
collaboration and cohesion to achieve great goals together.
I've seen time and again that every team needs a leader.
However, it's crucial that all team members are equally involved in finding solutions.
No one is above another.
Once the solution is found, it's the leader's responsibility to implement it.
In large companies, leadership plays a central role. Those who do not lead, will be led.
A good leader leads by example, inspiring others to give their best.
In the many stages of my life, I have met many people.
Some I have known for over 25 years, others were only briefly part of my journey.
Some have walked a significant part of the way with me, while others have stayed.
Regardless of whether it's a brief encounter or a long-standing relationship,
everyone knows the feeling when "the chemistry is right."
This is how my network was formed, and it continues to grow.
It's a connection that can create something great together.
For that, I am very grateful.

My conclusion: You never stop learning, but you can only learn from those who
have mastered something.
I am still learning something new every day, but I have found my passion in
sharing my experiences.
The founding of CONIFAIR gives me the platform to do just that.
